Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Custom Software & Consulting Services: Clients may request cancellation of custom software development orders within 12 hours of payment, provided project work has not already commenced. Once rapid development (24-hour turnaround cycle) has started, cancellation is subject to partial deduction based on work completed.

2.2 Digital Subscriptions & API Credits: Recurring monthly or annual digital service subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further automated renewals will occur.

2.3 Instant Utilities & One-Time Digital Purchases: Orders for instant digital tools, API keys, or sandbox utility credits cannot be cancelled once digital credentials or API keys have been issued or consumed.

4.1 How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please email our support team at [email protected] / [email protected] or use our Contact Us page. Please include your Transaction ID, Order Number, Registered Email, and reason for the request.

4.2 Processing Timeline: Eligible refund requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

4.3 Credit Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Google Play Merchant billing account) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking provider.
